Windows Systems Engineer

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Windows Systems Engineer to work with our International Partners.
Besides ensuring excellent operations your activities will support the team in building and expanding (new) systems and platforms, enhancing existing infrastructure, the infra delivery to our internal customers, and carrying out life cycle management of systems and software.
what you will be doing:

Operations, Maintenance, and Support: Manage our Windows Server estate and the platforms we offer as a service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Project Participation: Engage in interesting and innovative projects aimed at consolidating infrastructure and drastically improving quality.
Independent Action and Drive: Work autonomously, taking initiative to plan and execute tasks within defined boundaries.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate well within Agile (Scrum) teams and with other colleagues, taking ownership of your work and connecting people from various domains.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a natural drive to improve and innovate, challenging others in a positive way.
On-call Shifts: Handle occasional on-call shifts to address incidents that may impact business operations after hours.

what we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with AD, IIS, DNS/DHCP, RADIUS, PKI, SCCM, and other common Windows functionalities.
Windows Enthusiast: Strong knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems (2012 and newer) and a passion for technology.
Security Awareness: Understanding of security principles, including Networking (TCP/IP), firewalls, SSL certificates, and group policies.
Automation Proficiency: Strong automation skills, particularly with PowerShell, and familiarity with CI/CD practices, especially Azure DevOps.
VMWare Experience: Hands-on experience with VMware Server Virtualization 6.x or higher.
Azure Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, both in operations and implementation.
MS SQL Clusters: Experience with MS SQL Clusters is highly desirable.
Fluent English
Accustomed to working in a constantly evolving environment, positively involving stakeholders in these transformations.
