What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting travelers with bookings, itinerary adjustments, and general inquiries.
Providing timely and accurate support via phone and email.
Anticipating customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Working alongside sales and booking teams to streamline processes.
Identifying and reporting technical issues to improve service efficiency.
Sharing insights to enhance the overall travel experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
