Technical Project Manager

Hi there! We’re Compire, a digital agency building web projects for small and medium-sized companies across the US. We’re a fully remote team that values collaboration, flexibility, and having a bit of fun along the way.

We’re currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to help us manage client projects, lead internal initiatives, and support different parts of our team. Since we’re a small team, this role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats — helping out wherever needed, whether that's the lead generation team, QA, or the product owner.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with designers to ensure visuals match the client’s vision and requests
- Review developer work and confirm it aligns with designs and client requirements
- Perform QA checks and ensure delivery standards are met
- Provide regular updates to clients and respond to questions and emails
- Assist the product owner during discovery phases — help document requirements, organize information, and support planning
- Support during research, discovery, and proposal creation

Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English. All our communication is in English
- Based in Moldova
- Comfortable with a US-based schedule (typically 11 AM – 8 PM Moldova time). This is flexible and not needed daily, but you should be open to occasional late meetings or replying to emails later in the day
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, or experience in a software development company

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Technical knowledge of WordPress, basic programming, or design
- Experience in a software development agency
