About the Role:
Roslin Solutions is hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Provider Relations Coordinator to support MediDrive, a leading non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker in the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in outreach, communication, and CRM tools. In this role, you’ll engage with transportation providers throughout the U.S., introduce them to MediDrive’s services, guide them through onboarding, and help grow MediDrive’s provider network.
What You’ll Do:
Contact transportation providers via phone/email to introduce MediDrive and explain its services
Use CRM tools to track outreach and manage follow-ups
Share agreements and guide providers through onboarding
Handle provider questions and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain and update provider documentation to ensure compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, outreach, or sales is a plus—but not required
Quick learner who can adapt outreach messages based on the conversation
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Office
Creative problem-solving and adaptability
Self-motivated and confident when working independently
