Head of Debt Collection Department, Chisinau

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s debt collection strategy;
Lead, manage, and develop the debt collection team;
Set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-quality collection processes;
Collaborate closely with the legal department, outsourcing agencies, and debt collection service providers;
Analyze debt portfolio and prepare reports for top management;
Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in debt collection;
Fluent in Romanian and Russian, English at B1-B2 level;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking;
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and make prompt decisions;
Experience managing a team of 5 or more people;
Basic knowledge of relevant legal regulations;
Previous experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
