Our ideal candidate:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
English language proficiency at B2 level or above;
fluent and competent command of Romanian language;
High self-organisation, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
Team result orientation, ability to find and solve problems.

Job Description:

provide assistance to passengers and drivers in written and voice communication;
advise customers on company services in written and voice communication;
maintaining reports, work documentation, logs.
