About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Provider Relations Coordinator to support MediDrive, a leading non-emergency medical transportation broker. In this role, you'll build relationships with US transportation providers, guide them through onboarding, and help grow MediDrive’s provider network.
What You’ll Do:
Contact transportation providers via phone/email to introduce MediDrive and explain services
Use CRM tools to track outreach and manage follow-ups
Share agreements and guide providers through onboarding
Handle provider questions and troubleshoot issues
Keep provider documentation up to date and compliant
Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in the 2nd or 3rd year of a degree program
Experience in customer service or outreach preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Creative problem-solving and adaptability
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency)
Evening Schedule (16:00-01:00 ideal for students or those seeking non-traditional shifts)
