What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and maintain a scalable Data Warehouse or Data Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Build ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the data platform.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the data architecture and processes.
Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
Implement data governance best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and data engineering.

What you need:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.
Hands-on experience with building and maintaining Data Warehouses or Data Platforms.
Experience with ETL tools and processes.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Clickhouse).

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset).
Experience with Apache Airflow
Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
Experience:
Experience with NoSQL databases.
Experience with machine learning and data mining techniques.
