Responsibilities and functions:
- Direct communication with the company’s customers and airlines via electronic means of communication.
- Assistance in collecting company customer compensations from airlines.
- Examination of claims submitted by the company’s clients.
preparation of documents for the legal process.
- Other tasks delegated by the direct manager.
